Cheap New Yorker

Zen Restaurant is a small Japanese restaurant located in East Village.  This is the place to go to if you have a craving for sushi but don’t want to spend a lot of money.  The sushi is always 50% off if you order more than $16.  This is also why the place is known to be called “Half Price Sushi”. Takoyaki, which are octopus balls, is also worth trying out.  Happy hour  drinks are after 10:00PM, so you can down your rolls of sushi with a nice, tasty, pitcher full of cheap beer.  The restaurant is getting more known by young college students, which is why service tends to get really busy and slow at times.
